Perfect for both small or large groups. Guests have the option of booking the whole house, or renting the 3 bedroom self-contained apartment.

The property consists of:

  • 3 Large sunlit double bedrooms with ensuite

  • 1 family room with ensuite double bedroom and mezzanine with 2 single beds]

  • Large open plan kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer

  • Multiple balconys to have breakfast and watch the sunrise and sunset

  • Dine under the stars at the pergola-topped terrace surrounded by lvanedar and cypress trees

  • Private garden with fruit trees, overlooking rolling hills of Tuscany and Lake Trasimeno

  • Self-contained 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, kithen and dining room

Sleeps

With double and twin beds, and optional sofa beds, Residenza Poppy can sleep up to 16 people.

For smaller groups, the self-contained apartment can sleep up to 6 people.
